Introduction

The Job Management system relies on a variety of functions to help you manage jobs and record valuable data. Some of this data lands on the Job Management Screen to give you an overall picture of where the job is at and what has happened during the job. Job timing can also be recorded here and this information can be useful to review after the job is completed and when the job is required again.

In the bottom left hand corner of the Sales/Job Screen you will find four handy Job Management buttons.

Analyse Sales Performance: Shows Job costs and profits

Job Stock: Shows stock requirements for the job and what the stock arrival status is.

Job Management: Recording of when departments and people completed work, notes on production, time recording facility and Job Planning facility.

Contact Log: Shows any customer communications that have been recorded in regards to the job.

In this document we will concentrate on the Job Management screen
