Introduction

The Product Information houses information the business has created to help Sale and Manufacturing staff understand the product possibilities and nuances. Product information is found on the Product Type Card.

Product Information is primarily a note pad that can be filled in with specific information about the product.

The product Information System can become a very powerful facility if you fill the information in. It is up to you how detailed you want to make it. It can be built upon as you go.

Not only does the Product Information System assist Staff in knowing about products, If you develop it over the years it will become a powerful information resource centre that will be a valuable asset to the business.

Accessing Product Information

You can access the system through Five areas:

System Set Up - Product Type link

Product Editor - Click View next to the Product Type Field.

Products Module - Through the Product Information Link.

Sales Screen - Through the Product Info button at the bottom of the screen.

Quick Link Bar - Products button

Sales Staff can find specific instructions on how to sell, where to obtain information, what to be award of when selling specific products

Stock Managers can find specific instructions about the product and it's suppliers

Manufacturing Staff can find out information regarding specific manufacturing needs.

Note Pad Facilities

Double click anywhere in the Note pad to open it to full screen and full feature view

The Note pad has rich text editing

You can Make fonts larger and bold-ed, highlight in colour etc

You can paste images and text form other places

You can create hyperlinks, book marks and indexes.
