Introduction

Terms and conditions statements are automatically printed with Quotes and Order Confirmations.

 

There are two Terms and Conditions note pads; one for Non Account customers and one for account customers allowing you to refine the terms for each type of customer.

 

Allocation of Terms form type to customers.

AwardPro knows which form to add to Quotes/Order Confirmations by the Account Type assigned to the Payment Term selected on the Sales Screen.

 

 

If you do not want to print terms and conditions with quotes or order confirmations do not select an Account Type for the Payment Terms. Leave it Blank

 

Creating your Terms and Conditions Document

1.      Open the Terms and Conditions Feature in System Set Up Module

2.      Double Click on any of the note pads to open up the Rich Text Editor

3.      Enter your Terms and Conditions detail.

4.      Once completed press OK

 

Tips

·         You can utelise rich text features to enhance the document

·         Try to contain you document to one page. You could write it out as a Word document first and then paste it into the note pad.
