Situation:

Your server computer will back up but when you try to back up from a work station it fails. This is likely to be that some SQL protocol files are not on the workstation.

In the tool Kit folder of your AwardPro Disc you will find a folder called Back Up Fix

1.      There are separate files for 64 bit and 32 bit. You must determine which is suitable for your computer and use the appropriate file group. (Is your computer 64 bit or 32 bit)

2.      Before doing anything read the txt file in the folder called Instructions - Read me first.txt

3.      Follow the instructions in the txt file
