Price List Set Up

Introduction

System Set Up > Price Lists

Product Catalogues must have Price lists assigned to them and the Price List Editor is where you set up the Price List header. You can create as many Price lists headers as you like. The system will collect information from your company register such as email, web, phone number, address, sales pitch, disclaimer and place it in the price list for you. You can adjust the default Sales Pitch and Disclaimer for each price list.

All the information entered into the Price list editor becomes part of the header for the printable price list

Price List Detail

Price list Name

You should name price lists according the relevant catalogue for easy identification.

e.g. Trophies Galore Rugby 2014

Secondary Name

This could be Rewarding Achievement as per Interleisures catalogue front pages or you could choose your own such as Competitive Price, Quality Service.

Sales Pitch

This information comes from the Company register. You can leave it as it is or you can as it is or you can change it for each individual catalogue.

Disclaimer
